At particular times, there is only one person available to change the baby so asking for help isn’t an option. She wriggles and tries to turn over making it very difficult to clean her easily. If you hold her legs the rest of her body will simply twist over and I’m scared of hurting her at this point.

Unfortunately I have not found the right man yet and as my bioligical clock is ticking, I have got a hospital appointment to try and have a baby using a sperm donour. I’ve heard so many times that if you stop ’stressing’ you are more likely to fall pregnant. HOW DO YOU STOP STRESSING WHEN IT IS SUCH A STRESSFUL TIME? Any tips for me would be so much appreciated, is there anything I should or could be doing?

My wife and I will be travelling by air with our 2 year old and 6 month old children in a few weeks. We are taking a red eye hoping that they will sleep thru most of the trip. Our biggest concern is getting from the shuttle to the gate with the kids, car seats (which we are using on plane), luggage, baby stroller. Any helpful hints?
