other than a warm bath, a clean diaper, and a warm bottle of milk before bed, what can you do to help them sleep soundly at night. mine doesnt wakeup for a feed, but every other day, she’s jolted for like every 1 - 2 hours. i am lack of quality of sleep as i need to work for 12 hours the next day.
