I need some tips on high maintenance baby and returning to work?

my son is 16 wks old. i thought i could stay home, but finances are getting too tight and im forced to go back to 3rds. we cosleep because hes so difficult to stay asleep and he nurses 1-3 times in the middle of the night. breastfeeding is important and i may be able to pump once at work. dad cant put him to sleep so he may be staying with grandma some nights. its hard enough to get him to nap. on top of all this, he is having a hard time taking a bottle and his dad is so impatient. i need some tips from other mothers that were forced to go back on how to smooth the transition. help!
